肝细胞癌组织STAT3和p14ARF蛋白的表达和相关性研究
Expression and relationship of STAT3 and p14ARF protein in hepatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of STAT3 and pl4ARF in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) and their correlation with metastasis and recurrence. Methods Immunohistochemisty was employed to determine the expression of STAT3 and pl4ARF in 60 HCC tissues and paired adjacent liver tissues. Results The positive rates of STAT3 and pl4ARF in tumor tissues were significantly different compared with those in paired adjacent liver tissues. The protein expression of STAT3 was significantly correlated with the blood vessel thrombosis,recurrence of tumor,diameter of tumor and differentiation of tumor. The protein expression of pl4ARF was significantly correlated with the differentiation of tumor. There was a significantly negative relationship of STAT3 with pl4ARF. Conclusion STAT3 and pl4ARF might contribute to the occurrence and progress of the HCC.关键词
