摘要
Abstract
A key step in assisted reproduction is assessment of embryo viability in order to identify the embryos which are most likely to result in pregnancy. Currently used embryo assessment systems are largely based on morphology and cleavage rate. While these systems are important in improving implantation and pregnancy rates and reducing multiple gestations, their precision is still insufficient. As the number of assisted reproduction technology(ART) cycles increases worldwide, improvement of ability to quickly and non-invasively identify the best embryos for transfer is very important for reproductive medicine. Blastocyst transfer offers one of the successful approaches,but is confounded by suggestions of an increased risk of both pregnancy complications and epigenetic disorders. It is urgent to develop the approaches which could assist in the early detection of embryos destined to develop into blastocysts.关键词
