摘要

Abstract

To improve the service life of assembled fixed frog, and to reduce the disadvantages of over-quick wearing as well as stripping and falling in the process of service, the key technology of structural optimization for the frog was put forward in this paper, from the aspects such as the rail material by which the frog is manufactured, and the structure design, etc. The product of frog with this key technology has been utilized in practice of railway operation, so this paper comes to the conclusion that the key technology proposed by this paper can has certain guiding significance for improving the integrality of the frog, and can meet the requirements of operation in seamless track and heavy-haul railway.
