名医取象推论麦芽疏肝功效的思考
Getting analogy and deduction on effect of soothing liver of Fructus Hordei Germinatus by famous doctors
摘要
Abstract
CHEN Xiu-yuan, a famou doctors in Qing Dynasty, with getting analogy and deducting method considered that Fructus Hordei Germinatus had the effect of soothing the liver. ZHANG Xi-chun, a famous doctor in the past time of civilian country has further proved the effect of soothing live and rising liver Qi of Fructus Hordei Germinatus from theory and practice. This conclusion has analogy-evidenced pharmacologic spirit. Getting analogy and classing is necessary method of thinking in demonstration of the traditional Chinese medicine, having creative significance but not so tight in obtaining the evidences. Speaking from the theory, owing to the characteristics of comprehension and moggy feature, the effect of shooting liver is a difficult problem in proving its reality or false phenomenon. It will be determined eventually by the clinical practices.关键词
