活血化瘀类方药运用刍议
Primary discussion on application of prescriptions having activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis
摘要
Abstract
This article described its therapeutic and adverse effect from the application of prescriptions having activating blood and removing stasis. It was regarded that the application of these formulas was a "the double-edged sword". In its application the characteristics of etiology and pathophsiology of diseases and the period of the disease course should be aimed directly. Considering the condition of an-ticoagulation therapy with Western medicine, combining the syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnostic tying in Western medicine, combining macroscopic and microcosmic differentiation of syndromes, combining the traditional and modern pharmacologic effect of Chinese medication, adopting ordering therapy in TCM, scientifically administration of these prescriptions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis may be benefit for continuously rising the efficacy and safety of TCM having activating blood circulation to dissipating blood stasis in the treating of diseases.关键词
