回药青白散痰搽剂安全性研究
Study on safety of Hui medicine Qingbai Santan liniment
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the skin irritability and sensibility of Qingbai Santan liniment, medicine in Hui minority, in rabbit and guinea pig. [Methods] Single administration and multiple delivery methods were used to the skin of shed rabbit to observe the skin irritability in rabbits; active skin allergy test and re-challenge test were used in guinea pigs to observe whether the drug could cause skin or systemic allergic reactions. [Results] The erythema and edema points were not find by naked eye in rabbit skin irritability experiment. The histopathology examination didn' t show any abnormal finding. In the allergic skin test, it was found that the drug did not cause skin allergic reactions and systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs. [Conclusion] The Hui medicine Qingbai Santan liniment does not cause any skin irritability and allergic reactions in rabbit and guinea pig .关键词
