黄酮类化合物清除羟自由基(HO·)功能及其构效关系研究

Abstract
The function-structure association of eight flavonoids including phytochemicals quercetin,isoquercitrin,rutin, hesperetin,hesperidin,naringenin,naringin and icariin on scavenging hydroxyl radical (HO · ) were systemically investigated in vitro. The results indicated that among the eight flavonoids only quercetin, rutin and isoquercitrin showed apparent scavenging HO · activity at the concentration of 260 μM with the scavenging percentages of 30. 69% ± 0. 06, 13. 70% ± 0.04 and 10.23% ± 0.03, respectively. The function-structure relationship study indicated that the C ring 3-OH group and B ring 3' -4' orthodihydroxy group of flavonoids were important for their scavenging HO o function. This study might provide certain insights for selecting effective and favorable dietary flavonoids in the prevention and treatment of related diseases.关键词
