马尾松花粉中植物甾醇成分分析
Analysis of Phytosterols in Pinus massoniana Pollen
摘要
Abstract
Phytosterols in sporoderm-broken pollen of Pinus massoniana extracted by hexane were quantified by Lieber-mann-Burchard reaction and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The total phytosterol concentration in P. massoniana pollen was 1.680 mg/g. The identified eight compounds were △5-campesterol,stigmasterol, △7-campesterol ,β-sitosterol, △5 -avenasterol, gramisterol, cycloartenol and 24-methylenecycloartanol.关键词
