Antioxidant Activity of Thiourea Chitosan Metal Complexes
摘要
Abstract
The antioxidant activities of five kinds of thiourea chitosan metal complex including the scavenging of hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and reducing power were evaluated. The results showed that all of the five metal complexes of thiourea chitosan showed the antioxidant activity in different level. The scavenging of hydroxyl radical was thiourea chitosan Cu ( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Fe ( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Co( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Ni( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Zn( Ⅱ ) ;the scavenging effect on superoxide anion radical was thiourea Ni( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Zn(Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Co( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Cu( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Fe( Ⅱ ) and the reducing power was thiourea chitosan Co( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Cu ( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Fe ( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Ni( Ⅱ ) > thiourea chitosan Zn( Ⅱ ).关键词
