基于响应曲面法的龙须藤多糖提取条件优化
Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Bauhinia championii Benth Polysaccharide based on Response Surface Methodology
摘要
Abstract
Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the main extraction conditions of Bauhinia championii Benth polysaccharides . The main influence factors was determined by single factor test and the results showed that optimum extraction conditions were as follows;the extraction temperature was 100 ℃ and extraction time was 4 h,the liquid-solid ratio was 23 and the extraction times was 2. These predicted values were also verified by validation experiments.关键词
