摘要

Abstract

Natural gas reforming of the 300,000 t/a methanol unit in Golmud Petroleum Refinery used a negative pressure lop burner heating reformer, and it existed the problems of high power consumption, poor combustion and unequal radiation chamber temperature field distribution. The problems were solved by retrofitting the reforming furnace with low cost to increase the holes on the radiating chamber tunnel sidewall of the furnace and optimize the hole distribution. The multiple effects of the hole ratio and distribution on the tunnel sidewall on the natural gas reformer were analyzed.
