Abstract
Chitin was prepared from shell of shrimp,then it was soaked in the solution of NaOH,and it was deacetylated and deproteinized under microwave irradiation. The optimal concentration of NaOH was about 40%, the optimal power of microwave was 400 W, and the react-time of microwave was 10 min. Under these conditions, the chitosan could produced at a time. The product was characterized by infrared spectrometer. The experiment from one-factor analysis of variance researches on treatment effect and best process conditions of 0. 2% chitosan solution as a flocculant to treat drinking water source were studied. The results show that the best one-factor experimental conditions are chitosan of 3 mL/L, pH of 8, mix-speed of 130 r/min, mix-time of 30 s, react-speed of 20 r/min, react-time of 15 min, sedimentation-time of 15 min. And the best assemble level of orthogonal experiment is chitosan of 3 mL/L, pH of 10, sedimentation-time of 25 min, mix-speed of 130 r/min.关键词
