Study of Property Rights Nationalization of Rural Drinking Water Safety Projects in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
The clarification of property rights is an important precondkion for the sustainability of rural drinking water safety projects. Based on the property rights theory, property issues on the rural drinking water safety projects in Jiangsu province are discussed. According to the current status of these projects, the nationalization of property rights is proved to be a feasible strategy for their sustainability. The possible issues are analyzed in the process of property rights nationalization. This paper also provides the corresponding scheme and suggestions.关键词
