Determination of Trace Chromium in Capsules by High Temperature High Pressure Sealed Vessels Assisted Digestion and GFAAS

Abstract
The nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are chosen for mixed acid and digestion capsules by sealed vessels under the high temperature and high pressure conditions to study the method that determine trace chromium by GFAAS. The optimum time of digestion under 180℃ is studied. Under the optimum analysis condition, determination of trace chromium in capsules by high pressure sealed vessels assisted digestion and GFAAS has a good linear relation; the quadratic regression equation correlation coefficient is 0. 995. Through the interference experiment, it is found that this method can satisfy the requirement of anti- interference performance. The detection limit and LOQ of this method is 0. 274μg/L and 0. 913μg/L; the relative standard deviation of results is 2. 6% ; the recovery is in the range of 98. 700% to 102. 000%. This method can be used to determine trace chromium of capsules, and it has a clear superiority when detecting large batches of samples.关键词
