超声二维斑点追踪成像技术对继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者左室心肌收缩功能的评价
Appraisal of ultrasonic two-dimensional speckles tracing imaging technology for left ventricular myocardial function in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the left venlricular myocardial function using ullrasonic two - dimensional speckles Lracing imaging technology ( STI) in palienls with secondary hyperparathyroidism ( SHPT) . Methods Thirty heallhy volumteers ( conlrol group) and ninety patients wilh chronic renal failure(CRF) were enrolled in the study. Ninely palienls wilh CRF were divided into 2 groups: 60 palienls wilh SHPT (trial group) ,30 palienls wilh normal PTH( observed group). The two - dimensional images were ob-tained from GE Vivid 7 Dimension echocardiograph and lwo - dimensional radial strain( SR) and circumferenlial strain( CS) were analyzed on GE Echo PAC system. Left venlricular peak SR and CS values of basel plane, papillary muscle plane and apical plane during syslole were measured. Results In the same level,the CS values of anleroseplal segmenl were higher than those of the other segmenls in the conlrol group. Compared wilh the conlrol group, the venlricular peak SR and CS values in part of segmenls were lower in trial group (P<0.05). Conclusions Lefl venlricular overall myocardial funclion in palienls wilh SHPT can be evaluated accurately by STI.关键词
