Study on the Enterprise Information Planning Methodology
摘要
Abstract
The construction of enterprise information is through the deployment of Information Technology (IT) to improve the enterprise's production and operation and maintenance efficiency, thereby reducing the operating costs. However, for many domestic enterprises, the subjectivity and arbitrariness are of a great serious problem in the information construction process, resulting in a lot of information technology investments failed to obtain the expected benefits. For such a common problem, this paper believes that enterprise information construction should start from the information technology planning. A model of an information technology planning process is proposed, thoroughly discussed the steps and principles of the entire information technology planning process and carefully analyzed the practical application of the model case for other enterprise information technology planning through the practice of information technology planning in this paper, providing an useful reference and guidance for the enterprise information planning.关键词
