Abstract
Integrated circuit manufacturing system is a typical distributed and heterogeneous data dynamic computing environment, distributed and heterogeneous data integration is one of the key problems. Based on the distributed heterogeneous data characteristics in integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise, and the requirements of the timeliness of data, real-time characteristic in production scheduling system, proposed one kind based on multi-agent system oriented integrated circuit manufacturing production scheduling of distributed heterogeneous data integration technology. The results implemented in the domestic integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises show that the technical scheme of the distributed heterogeneous environment has strong data integration and service capabilities.关键词
