Abstract
Extensive use of the Internet has changed the government information needs of the public on the concept. To strengthen e-government data sharing is the inevitable product of social development. In order to ensure effective government information sharing, and achieve different types of data from different department conversion and reuse, this paper presents a new data sharing pattern based on Public Key Infrastructure. In new data sharing pattern, the use of electronic certificate instead of the traditional paper-based documents, and increases the administrative examination and approval matters for the fast, safe, low-carbon environmental protection. To further improve the efficiency of electronic certificate, it would be seamless integration with the cloud computing. Through analysis of the specific application case, that the new data sharing model with the safety, feasibility and practicality is proved.关键词
