一种硅酸盐钻井液的研究及在靖边气田的应用
Preparation of a kind of silicate drilling fluid and its application in Jingbian Casfield
摘要
Abstract
Many problems such as formation mud-making,formation collapse,bit balling,etc. were encountered in horizontal well drilling in Changqing Gasfield. For this reason,a soilless phase anti-collapse silicate drilling fluid system is developed by complexing of silicate of certain modulus with organic inhibitor. Based on determining basic formula, the performance of the system is evaluated. This drilling fluid was applied in many horizontal wells such as Jingping 33-01 well and Jingping 34-11 well. Laboratory and field test results show that the system has good inhibition, anti-collapse, lubrication, anti-temperature effects.关键词
