摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of ADAM10 gene on the biological characteristics including proliferation, invasion and migration of human hepatocarcinoma cell HepG2. Methods The expression of ADAM10 mRNA was suppressed by RNA interference technique in order to determine its effects on proliferation, migration and invasion of human hepatocarcinoma cell HepG2 through the cell proliferation test, cell colony stimulation test, cell invasion test and cell migration test in vitro. Results After ADAM10 gene silencing, the proliferation, invasion and migration of HepG2 cell were markedly decreased (P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of ADAM10 gene is associated with genesis and development of hepatocarcinoma. The overexpression of ADAM10 gene could enhance the proliferation, invasion and migration of human hepatocarcinoma cell HepG2 in vitro.
