栀子苷的定向分离提取方法建立
Directional isolation and extraction of jasminoidin from aqueous extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To establish the method of directional isolation and extraction of jasminoidin from aqueous extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis ( GjE). Methods: Based on the biosensor technology platform for screening anti - LPS compound which targeted as Lipid A, the aqueous extract of GjE was isolated and purified gradually by using macroporous adsorptive resins, membrane separation and HPLC technology in turn. Results:The jasminoidin was attained form aqueous extract of GjE, the value of specific binding to Lipid A was 112 arc/s. Conclusion; The established directional isolation mode of jasminoidin is more effective than that of traditional method, which is applicable for enriching and purifying anti - LPS active compound from natural medicine.关键词
