Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of real -time elastic imaging techniques in the evaluation of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Liver stiffness of 98 cases of liver cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B (liver fibrosis group) and 100 volunteers (control group) were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and analyzed by the tissue dispersion quantitative analysis software. Eleven elastic characteristics of the elastography were obtained including average relative strain value (MEAN) , standard deviation of relative strain value ( SD) , area ratio of low - strain region (% AREA) , complexity (COMP), kurtosis (KURT), skewness (SKEW ) , contrast ( CONT), entropy ( ENT) , inverse different moment ( IDM ) , angular second moment (ASM), and correlation (CORR). There were significant difference in MEAN, SD, % AREA, COMP, KURT, SKEW, CONT, IDM and index of liver stiffness between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The tissue dispersion quantitative analysis software is helpful in the evaluation of hepatic stiffness and would provid valid method in the evaluation of liver cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.关键词
