摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study a method which can monitor the dissolution of aspirin enteric - coated tablets in vitro and real time. Methods: Fiber optic dissolution test system (FODT) was used to monitor the whole releasing procedure of aspirin enteric - coated tablets, the result was compared with that of Ch. P dissolution test ( Ch. P). Results; Fiber optic dissolution test system can monitor the whole drug releasing procedure, meanwhile showing complete drug stripping curve. Conclusion: No matter using fiber optic dissolution test system or using Ch. P, the determined result is no difference, and both of them can monitor the release of aspirin efficiently in vitro.关键词
