摘要

Abstract

By using Platycladus orientalis seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials, imidazoline corrosion inhibitor C (ICI) was synthesized through the reactions of amidation,cyclization and quartemarization. The structures of intermediates were elucidated by IR. Anti-corrision rate was determined by weight-loss method and the potentiodynamic polarization curve method. The resultant ICI exhibited good corrosion inhibition property for steel A20 in the medium of 5% hydrochloric acid. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained from orthogonal experiment: the cyclization reaction time: 3. 5 h,the molar ratio of P. orientalis seed oil to diethylene triamine:1 : 3,and the mass fraction of xylene:25% of total raw material. ICI was found to be an anodic type inhibitor.
