Abstract
Technology innovation is a significant approach for the further develops of high tech small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) of our country and it is also very important to national economic growth and industrial structure adjustment. While in the process of technology innovation, they are confronted with a lot of troubles and the risk of technology innovation that should be paid more attention to. Because of the small scale and bad anti-risk capacity of these enterprises, it is important to identify and avert the risk of technology innovation.关键词
