摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics and problems in the clinical application of antibiotics through intravenous administration among hospitalized patients in our hospital,and to provide the basis for further standardization for the use of antibiotics. Methods Statistic analysis and evaluation were made in the use of antibiotics through intravenous administration in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011. Results There were totally 13 classes and 75 kinds of antibiotics, in which cephalosporin accounted for 36. 02% .penicillins for 21. 52% ,and beta - lactamase inhibitors for 18. 93% . The top 6 drugs accounted for the largest number were mezlocillin sodium( 12.99% ),cefotaxime sodium for injection( 9.49% ),and ceftazidime( 8. 38% ), cefamandole nafate ( 6.08% ),cefoperazone/tazobactam( 5. 53% ),and penicillin( 4. 59% ). The top 3 departments which used the most antibacterials were bone surgery( 30.05% ),urinary surgery( 15.69% ), and cardiovascular respiratory neural kidney internal medicine( 15.63% ). Among the ten antibiotics of the most use,there were two kinds of first - line treatment medicines,with the usage of 8. 47% , three kinds of second - line drugs,with the usage of 30. 86% ,and two kinds of three - line treatment drugs,with usage of 10. 46% . Conclusion Non - rational use of antibiotics still exists among the patients in our hospital. The monitoring of antibiotics in clinical use should be strengthened and the clinical level of rational drug use should be improved.
