摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of butylphthalide soft capsules on vascular dementia. Methods One hundred patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 ones in each group. All patients received the conventional medical treatment. The ones in the treatment group also took the butylphthalide soft capsules 200 mg at one time and 3 times a day, and those in the control group took co - dergocrine mesilate 1 mg at one time and 3 times a day for 12 weeks, respectively. Evaluation of curative effect was made before and after the treatment. Results The MMSE, CDR,and ADL scores and auditory evoked potential P300 of the treatment group were al] improved after the treatment compared with those of the control group( P < 0.01). And the cure rate and total effective rate were all significantly higher than those of the control (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with vascular dementia without severe adverse reaction, which is safe and effective.
