腹腔镜胆囊切除术3580例临床体会

Abstract
Objective To summarize the surgical skills and experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC) in the treatment of gallbladder diseases in recent 10 years, and to explore the prevention of complications. Methods Analysis was made in the clinical date of 3,580 patients who received LC in our hospital from April 2002 to April 2012. Results LC was successfully carried out in 3,487 cases in which 93 ones were converted to open cholecystectomy and 8 ones had severe complications which included bile duct injury in 2 patients(one with transversal injury in common bile duct and one with injury in right hepatic duct)and delayed bile leakage in 1 patient. One case suffered from postoperative bleeding;2 cases had residual calculi in bile duct;2 cases had the remmant of a small gallbladder. No death occurred. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less trauma, blood loss, pain, and rapid recovery. It needs to properly handle the indication,use suitable skills and standard operative procedure,and grasp the timing of converting to open cholecystectomy. LC is a safe and reliable surgical technique for cholecyst benign diseases.
