摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the incidence and characteristics of hospital infection among inpatients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in order to prevent and control hospital infection. Methods Retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 1,354 inpatients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, and the characteristics of hospital infection were studied. Results Hospital infection occurred in 43 cases,and the incidence was 3.18% in which that of the patients with malignant tumor was the highest( accounted for 30% ). The infection sites were mainly respiratory tract, and incidence rate was 1. 36%. The risk factors of infection were age above fifty, long stay in hospital, retention catheterization, chemotherapy, and complication, etc. Conclusion Hospital infection among inpatients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is correlated with disease species, infection sites, patients'age, long stay in hospital, invasive operation, treatment pattern, and complication.
