Correlation between hypertension and adiponcetin, leptin, and resistin in sub-plateau region
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between high blood pressure and serum adiponcetin, leptin, and resistin in urban areas of Kunming city. Methods The subjects were people beyond 18 years old from enterprises and institutions in urban areas who received the routine health examination in our hospital from October 2009 to April 2010. They were divided into high blood pressure group and normal blood pressure group according to the examination results of their blood pressure. Comparison and analysis were made in the examination results of their serum adiponcetin, leptin, and resistin between the two groups. Results The levels of serum resistin and leptin in the high blood pressure group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,while the level of adiponcetin in the former group was significantly lower than that in the latter group (t=7.0,19.7,18.8,P<0.01). Conclusion In Kunming city, the morbidity of hypertension is correlated with adiponcetin, leptin, and resistin, and they are the risk factors of hypertension. For the prevention of hypertension, it should be paid more attention to primary prevention. Weight control can prevent hypertension caused or aggravated by the secretion and metabolic disorders of adipo - cytokines. Furthermore,new ways of treatment on hypertension should be explored.关键词
