基于非标准指派模型的交巡警服务平台设置与调度
Installation and Dispatch of the Patrol Service Platform Based on Nonstandard Assignment Model
摘要
Abstract
To solve reasonably the problem about the installation and dispatch of the patrol service platform, based on the discrete location choice model, the distribution scope was divided by considering the feature of the discrete distribution of the patrol service platform and intersection nodes and the urgency and efficiency of the patrol service, then the nonstandard assignment model with non-linear target function was formulated by using quadratic programming. Furthermore , the mathematics software of Matlab and Lingo were used to solve the model, the results shows that the proposed method is effective and feasible.关键词
