废弃烟梗发酵生产深红酵母的工艺条件优化
Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for Producing Rhodotorula rubra JLC with Waste Tobacco Stems

Abstract
Plackett-Burman design was used to screen the major factors affecting fermentation production of a carotenoids-rich Rhodotorula rubra JLC from waste stems. The results showed that among the 11 tested factors, cane sugar, NaH2PO4, KH2PO4 and culture time significantly affected yeast yield. In Plackett-Burman experiments, the dry weight of maximum biomass reached 20.63 g/L.关键词
