摘要

Abstract

An in- service welding experiment,study on the thermal cycle by in — service welding 16MnR steel in different welding conditions, was carried out based on self - made static simulated test equipment. The results show that the peak temperature is higher and the cooling time is longer in air cooling condition than in water cooling condition. The peak temperature elevates and the cooling time obviously extends with the increase of welding heat input. Less than the critical thickness, the cooling time shortens when the slab thickness increases. No less than the critical thickness, the slab thickness has no effect on the cooling time. Internal pressure has no significant influence on thermal cycle curve when using the static device.
