Abstract
Based on the elastic -plastic finite element analysis,the finite element model of the flat - plate head with jacket was created, including solid elements structure, solid - shell coupling elements structure and shell elements structure. Then the stress and deformation of the structures were obtained from the models and the results of different modeling methods were compared. It was found that the solid - shell connected model has the advantages of high calculation accuracy and short calculation time. Finally,based on the optimization theory, an optimization model of the flat - plate thickness was developed for obtaining the minimal costs. It would be helpful to the scientific design of the flat - plate head with jacket.关键词
