Abstract
This paper describes the wide application of queuing system in expert clinic, outpatient pharmacy, outpatient and emergency pediatric infusion room, and departments of radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy and others in our hospital, and its role in improvement of outpatient process. After implementing this system, the level of outpatient services and patient satisfaction significantly improved.关键词
