Abstract
The performance management mode in hospital based on information system could effectively integrate the information resource of hospital, construct the standardized data center, fully excavate data information to build a platform of hospital performance management. Establishing an effective information system can support performance assessment and management, to realize the performance management in a rapid, accurate, convenient, easy manner. Scientific evidences are provided for administrators to improve aid decision making ability based on the real-time, automatic, and accurate evaluation. And the efficiency and benefit of management can be promoted by tracking essential data and monitoring the objective of performance.关键词
