摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to study the cost operation rule of similar kinds of large medical equipment and preferably provide reference to the future management of medical equipment and acquisition decision of hospital, the comprehensive benefits of a set of MRI of A hospital, which is purchased in 2009, is analyzed. Methods The comprehensive benefits and target status of this MR equipment from 2010 to 2011 is analyzed by the method of volume - cost - profit analysis. Results The benefit of investment recovery of this MR equipment is good, total revenue and monthly profit margins, and so on, are improved in the year of 2011when compared with the year of 2010, its operation status evaluation is fine. Conclusion According to analysis of the comprehensive benefits of using medical equipments, we can develop a set of management measures, which are scientific, effective and highly feasible, to improve the utilization rate of large medical equipment as well as its economic benefits and social benefits.关键词
