Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of 3.0TMRI in the diagnosis of craniopharyngioma. Methods Selected 41 cases of MRI images with craniopharyngioma patients through 7 years in our hospital for retrospective diagnostic analysis, all the patients were confirmed by pathology. Summarized the characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging of craniopharyngioma. Results In 41 patients, MRI T1WI imaging of 19 patients showed low signal, T2WI imaging showed high signal; T1WI imaging of 12 cases showed high signal, T2WI imaging showed high signal; T1WI imaging of 8 patients showed equal signal, T2WI imaging showed high signal; T1WI imaging of 2 patients showed low signal, T2WI imaging showed low signal. Enhanced solid portion of all patients were significantly enhanced. There was no enhancement found in the cystic part but enhancement in the cyst wall. Conclusion MRI diagnosis of craniopharyngioma is of higher accuracy, through mastery of the MRI signal awareness of this disease, it is easy to achieve accurate diagnosis in the early stages of the disease.关键词
