金钗石斛营养成分分析研究
Analysis of Nutrients in Dendrobium nobile Lindl
摘要
Abstract
We analysed the nutrients of Den drobium nobile Lindl. which is grown in longquan original stone industry industrial Co. , Ltd in Chishui city of Guizhou province by national standard analysis method. Our results show that the moisture content is 84. 45 %, crude fiber concent is 9. 10%,protein concent is 0. 94%,reducing sugar content is 1. 13%,crude fat content is 0. 12%, there were only 12 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of inorganic elements. Our study indicates that Dendrobium nobile Lindl. contains rich protein,amino acids,Ca,Mg,P and other inorganic elements.关键词
