摘要

Abstract

Phase change microcapsules were prepared using paraffin as core material, chitosan and sodium alginate as wall materials by emulsion curing method. The effects of the major factors affecting the synthesis of phase change microcapsules, such as the amount of emulsifier, emulsification time, stirring speed were discussed. The optimal preparation conditions were: the amount of emulsifier was 15 mL/100 mL, the emulsification time was 60 min, and the stirring speed was 500 r/min. The results showed that the size of the prepared microcapsule was small with narrow size distribution, regular shape and good thermal regulating performance.
