Abstract
The effects of dosage of the antistatic agent R-TM, curing temperature, curing time and pH on the finishing performance of the antistatic agent R-TM were investigated by single factor experiment. And the conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. The results showed the optimum conditions of antistatic agent R-TM were: the dosage of the antistatic agent was 5 g/L, cured at 170 ℃ for 120 s under pH 6. Comparison experiments of antistatic agent R-TM and antistatic agent PEE finishing results showed the antistatic effect, capillary effect, hygroscopicity of the finished polyester fabrics were greatly improved. The washing fastness of the polyester was also good, and the antistatic agent R-TM had better overall effect than antistatic agent PEE.关键词
