摘要
Abstract
Atomic force microscopy(AFM) is widely used in biological research,AFM based single molecule force spectroscopy can be applied to study the intramolecular and intermolecular interactions of biomolecules at the single-molecule and single-cell levels.In this paper,we present the latest progress of AFM based single molecule force spectroscopy in biomolecular interaction,protein unfolding,cell surface biomolecules,cell mechanical properties and single molecule force spectroscopy imaging.关键词
