Oxidation of Cyclohexylamine to Cyclohexanone Oxime Catalyzed by Al2O3-SiO2

Abstract
The oxidation of cydohexylamine catalyzed by Al2O3-SiO2 catalyst was carried out under mild conditions.The effects of solvent amount,catalyst amount,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction were investigated.Under the conditions of F( acetonitrile): V( cydohexylamine) =3:1,31.0% mass fraction of catalyst,reaction temperature of 75℃,and reaction time of 5 h,the conversion of cydohexylamine reaches up to 100% and the selectivity for cyclohexanone oxime is 83.6%.A reaction mechanism is proposed.关键词
