Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors that contribute to sleep disorders in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were collected. The sleep quality of all patients were evaluated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). The degree of depression and anxiety was assessed with Beck Depression Inventory( BDI) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),respectively. Results The BDI and SAS scores were significantly increased in patients with maintenance hemodialysis, up to 76.4% of patients were in depression state and 52.7% of patients were in anxiety state. The PSQI of patients was higher than normal level and 84.7% of patients obviously manifested sleep disorders. The serum hs-CRP level,depressive index,anxious index and rate of divorce was significantly higher in patients with sleep disorders than those of patients without sleep disorders. Multiple regression analysis showed that hs-CRP level,divorce state and depression state were the independent correlative factors. Conclusion The sleep disorder in patients with maintenance hemodialysis is not only correlated with inflammation,but also correlated with psychosocial factors, therefore the state of social psychology should pay more attetion.关键词
