The decoherence time of qubit in quantum ring
摘要
Abstract
The eigenfunction and the eigenenergy of the ground state and the first exited state of electron with LO phonon strong coupling in quantum ring were obtained by solving precisely the time-independent Schrodinger equation. A qubit is formed by overlying both the ground state and the first excited state of the electron-LOphonon system. Numerical calculations indicate that decoherence time changes with the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength, the coefficient of dispersion and the inner (or outer) radius of the quantum ring.关键词
