合成绝缘子硅橡胶伞群材料的老化特性及其红外光谱研究
Aging Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Composite Insulator Sheds Studied by Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract
Aging characteristics of silicone rubber composite insulator shed materials obtained from long-term operation and laboratory aging experiments were studied by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR). Laboratory aging experiments were performed under 600h UV irradiation and 500h salt-fog exposure respectively. Operation-aged samples were obtained from 110kV and 500kV lines in Anhui province. The results show that long-term operation-aged silicone rubber exhibit various main chain fragmentation, cross-linking degree decrease, methyl groups loss, etc.. 600 h exposure of silicone rubber samples to UV irradiation leads to the decrease of organic components in silicone rubber, while Al(OH)3 remains nearly untouched. 500 h exposure of silicone rubber samples to salt mist causes the decrease of Al(OH)3, while organic components in silicone rubber remains the same as before. The results will be helpful for research of composite insulators aging and optimization design of anti-aging, serving as references for the manufacture, design, and operation.关键词
