碱土金属Ca对铁矿石载氧体煤化学链燃烧的影响
Influence of Alkaline Earth Metals of Ca Loaded on Iron Ore in Chemical-looping Combustion of Coal

Abstract
Effects of loading of Ca(NO3)2 in iron ore, temperature and cycle number on the performance of chemical looping combustion (CLC) process of coal were studied in a fluidized bed. With the increase of the loading levers of Ca content in iron ore, the reaction rate of coal gasification is accelerated, and the carbon conversion rate is promoted in CLC process. The peaks of all the exit gas concentration occur earlier. The concentration of CO is obviously decreased, whereas the one of CO2 and H2 is correspondingly increased. With a 6% loading of Ca content in the iron ore, both the carbon conversion and CO2 gas fraction have a increase and subsequent reduce behavior during 800-960 ℃. In this case, the remarkable catalytic effect of Ca on carbon conversion and CO2 gas fraction can be obviously observed at 920 ℃, being up to 91.2% and 95%, respectively. The cycle experiments indicate that the Ca-loaded iron ore keep a lasting positive effect after 19 redox cycles. The Ca-loaded iron ore shows slightly sintering on the oxygen carrier particles after 19 redox cycles, and there is an appearance of cracks or fissures in the particle surface by scanning electron microscope (SEM).关键词
