摘要

Abstract

The inatrumenl compressed air with water was serious in a power plant, which affects the operation and effect of desulphurization equipment directly. The main reasons are analyzed, including the overproof liquid water content in the compressed air. poor drainage of oil-waler separator and oil filler, blockage of floating-ball automatic drainer, high exhaust temperature of air compressor and unreasonable-set operation of dryer. Therefore, the corresponding measures for improvement are adopted. 1) The gasholder is shifted forward. 2) The dryer is reset with the drying agent changed from activated alumina to mixed activated alumina and molecular sieve. 3) The ventilation is improved for the air compressor room. 4) An electronic automatic drainer is added. After retrofit, the dew point temperature of the compressed air is decreased from -3℃ to -35℃ and the amount of water in the compressed air is reduced by about 93%.
