Abstract
Resistance to antineoplastic drugs is a common problem in cancer treatments. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which plays an important role in the process of drug resistance, may provide opportunity to solve this problem. This article reviews the characteristics of EMT, relationship between EMT and drug resistance, mechanism of EMT in tumor drug resistance in details.关键词
