摘要

Abstract

Industrial experiment on preparing petroleum coke powders technology by the superheated steam transformed from glass industrial waste heat was conducted. The classifier bearing, filter and so on were temperature tested and analyzed. The results show that when the superheated steam temperature is 280 ℃, the pressure is 0.65 MPa and the mass flow rate is 2.6 t/h, the production of test petroleum coke powders is 5 t/h. The pass percent of products with 165, 38 μm particle sizes are respectively 100% and 61%. The mass fraction of discharge moisture is 0.2%. Both the classifier bearing and the bag filter are in safe work state. The steam jet mill can run continuously stably. Preparing petroleum coke powders by steam jet mill can save energy by 38.9% unit output consumption and electricity by 80.7% than traditional mechanical grinding.
